ChainThink消息，12月3日，据官方披露，DePIN投资和硬件制造集团JDIGlobal拟战略性收购RWA.ART第四期发行的全部存量NFT矿机，双方已就后续深度合作达成初步共识，将联合探索“DePIN×文化RWA”的基础设施与商业模式。

JDIGlobal表示，看好RWA.ART通过矿机与平台通证ART构建的文明算力网络，本次整体认购第四期矿机是其布局文化RWA赛道的关键一步。RWA.ART表示，将与JDIGlobal展开长期深度合作，在不影响社区参与空间的前提下，引入力量型机构与硬件资源，共同推动艺术与古董等真实资产的上链与全球化流通。
