ChainThink reports that Samson Mow, CEO of Bitcoin technology firm JAN3, announced on X (formerly Twitter) that he has received notification from a partner service provider stating that all DolphinCards have been abruptly suspended. Mow stated that the team will issue refunds to all test users, with detailed procedures to be sent via email through JAN3’s official account, and emphasized the security of user funds.
He cautioned users to promptly switch to alternative cards if automatic deductions are in place to avoid subscription interruptions. JAN3 is actively seeking a new service provider to restore DolphinCard services as soon as possible.
