ChainThink news, November 27, according to Bloomberg, Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs Pte., stated that he should receive a sentence of no more than five years in the United States for his involvement in the $40 billion TerraUSD stablecoin collapse related fraud case.


Kwon pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy and wire fraud in August, thereby avoiding trial. He was previously arrested in Montenegro and convicted for using a false passport as an indicted fugitive from South Korea, and was subsequently extradited to the United States.
