ChainThink report, September 26, according to CME "Fed Watch" data, before the release of the US August core PCE data tonight, the probability of a 25 basis point rate cut by the Federal Reserve in October is now 87.7%, and the probability of keeping the rate unchanged is 12.3%.


The probability of the Federal Reserve cutting rates by 50 basis points by December is now 61.9%, and the probability of a 25 basis point cut is 34.5%, while the probability of keeping the rate unchanged is 3.6%.


The next two FOMC meeting dates of the Federal Reserve are October 29 and December 10.
